Our clinical physiotherapy classes are prescribed and supervised by our Allied Health team, ensuring you feel supported whilst encouraging optimal results. Clinical classes are ideal for;

  • Individuals with injuries or pain who are striving to continue their exercise routine

  • Those requiring supervised or individually tailored reformer based rehabilitation 

Prior to starting, you are required to have an initial assessment with our Physiotherapist

Clinical Physiotherapy Group

A targeted, evidence-informed strength testing session designed for anyone wanting to better understand their current baseline. During this 1:1 session, we’ll guide you through a series of strength measures that assess key areas such as core stability, glute activation, upper body endurance and functional movement patterns. Identifying current strengths, areas for improvement and tailored recommendations.

Strength Assessment

Our Physio’s

Racquel is a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor with over 5 years of experience in private practice. She has completed additional training in Clinical Pilates, Women's Health, Shoulder Rehabilitation, and Tendon Rehabilitation.

Racquel has a special interest in sporting injuries, netball injury prevention and rehabilitation, joint replacement rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal exercise, tendon conditions, and shoulder pain. She is passionate about helping people move well, build strength, and return to the activities they enjoy through evidence-based treatment and exercise.

Racquel Luke

Ash brings over 13 years of physiotherapy experience, having worked across a wide range of clinical settings and conditions. She has completed additional training in Clinical Pilates and Oncology Physiotherapy and is currently completing her Lymphoedema accreditation.

Ash enjoys helping clients through all stages of their health journey, with special interests in tendon rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and Pilates-based exercise. She is passionate about working with people of all ages to help them move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love.
