Physiotherapist Racquel has experience in working in private practice and treating a varied population group from paediatrics, adolescents, adults and elderly. Her special interests include sporting injuries, netball prevention, joint replacements, tendon conditions and shoulder pain.

PILATES ASSESSMENT
Our Pilates Strength Assessment is a targeted, evidence-informed testing session designed for anyone wanting to better understand their current physical baseline and uncover exactly where to focus in class. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, this assessment offers valuable insight into your strength, control, and muscular endurance.
During this 1:1 session, we’ll guide you through a series of Pilates-based strength measures that assess key areas such as core stability, glute activation, upper body endurance, and functional movement patterns. You’ll receive a breakdown of your current strengths and areas for improvement, along with tailored recommendations to help you get more out of your Pilates practice.
